Terms of Service
Last updated: April 23, 2026 · Version v1
1. What Can I Pull It Off? is
Can I Pull It Off? is an AI-assisted tool that analyzes selfies and a hairstyle reference image to produce a structured haircut brief. It is advisory content. Your barber, not this service, performs the actual haircut and decides what's feasible in the chair.
2. Your account
- You must be at least 18 years old to use Can I Pull It Off?.
- You're responsible for keeping your account secure and for activity on it.
- One account per person. Using multiple accounts to claim repeat intro pricing or coupon rewards is prohibited.
3. Photos and content you upload
- Only upload photos of yourself, or photos you have permission to use. Do not upload photos of people who haven't agreed to being analyzed.
- No content involving minors. No content that violates applicable law or the rights of others.
- You retain ownership of your photos. By uploading, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process them for the sole purpose of generating your analysis and delivering the service.
- We do not use your photos to train AI models, and we do not share them with third parties except the service providers listed in our Privacy Policy.
4. Payments and pricing
- Can I Pull It Off? charges per analysis. First-time analyses are offered at an introductory price; subsequent analyses are priced at the regular rate displayed at checkout.
- Payments are processed by Stripe.
- For subsequent analyses we use a payment authorization that is only captured if your analysis completes successfully. If your analysis fails for technical reasons, the authorization is voided and you are not charged.
- Coupon codes, when provided, replace payment for a single analysis. Coupons are single-use and may have an expiry.
5. Refunds
We refund for failed or clearly incorrect analyses. A failed analysis is one that did not complete, or produced output that does not match the photos you uploaded (e.g., describes a cut or hair type that clearly isn't what you submitted).
We do notrefund analyses that completed correctly but produced a verdict you disagree with. Honest, grounded output — including results that tell you a cut won't work well on your head or hair — is what the service is designed to produce. That's the tool doing its job.
Refund requests are handled manually. Email us within 7 days of your analysis.
6. Service availability
Can I Pull It Off? is provided on a best-effort basis. We don't guarantee uptime, uninterrupted service, or any specific turnaround time. We may change, suspend, or discontinue the service at our discretion.
7. AI and results
Analyses are generated by a large-language multimodal AI model. Results are subjective, may be wrong, and should be treated as input to a conversation with your barber — not as a guaranteed outcome. Can I Pull It Off? provides no warranty that a requested haircut will look, feel, or perform as described. We provide no medical, dermatological, or trichological advice.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Can I Pull It Off?'s total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the service is limited to the amount you paid for the specific analysis in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages — including dissatisfaction with a haircut.
9. Termination
You may delete your account at any time by emailing us. We may suspend or close accounts that violate these terms. Deletion removes your profile and associated analyses; paid analyses already rendered to you remain yours to save locally.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. Material changes will prompt re-acceptance the next time you sign in.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Hampshire, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
